Full-Service Rodent Control Solution

Our Full-Service Rodent Control program is designed for clients experiencing rodent activity inside or underneath their home. We take a comprehensive, multi-step approach to eliminate rodents and help ensure long-term protection for your property and peace of mind for your family.
 

This service is great for homeowners who are comfortable checking and cleaning out their own traps — we’ll handle the inspection, repairs, and setup so you’re ready to get the situation under control quickly and effectively.
 

One-Time Rodent Control — Starting at $225*

(plus materials; pricing varies by location) Average material cost: $20–$50
 

1. Initial 8-Point Exterior Inspection

We perform a detailed inspection of all common rodent entry points, including:

• Rooflines and eaves

• Foundation cracks and gaps

• Vents and crawl spaces

• Utility line and pipe entry points

• Doors and windows

• Additional vulnerable areas identified during inspection

Thermal imaging and drone technology may be used to assist in identifying entry points and activity areas.

2. Repairs & Documentation

We’ll repair most accessible entry points (at an additional cost).
If there are areas we cannot repair, we will clearly document and photograph them so you can follow up as needed.

3. Trap Setting

Rodent traps (rat and/or mouse) are strategically placed inside or under the home based on inspection findings to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Once traps are set, we’ll walk you through how to safely check and clean them out as needed.

4. Follow-Up Service Calls (Optional)

If requested, we’ll return three to four times over a two-week period to inspect, clean, and reset traps as needed.
(Each service call is billed separately.)

• We do not offer rodent control services for homes that are listed for sale or currently in escrow.

• We do not crawl under homes or into attics. However, we can recommend a trusted partner company that provides those services.
